The Series RC is a high-performance cartridge seated butterfly valve engineered for reliable isolation, low-torque operation, and extended service life. Manufactured to API 609, EN 593, and MSS-SP67 international standards, each valve is 100% pressure tested and fully serialized prior to shipment.

Featuring a one-piece heavy-duty body with dual-layer zinc phosphate epoxy coating, ISO 5211 top plate for direct actuator mounting, and dead-end service design, the Series RC delivers dependable performance across demanding industrial environments.

• Multi-Layer Sealing System – Precision-machined disc hubs, oversized stem secondary seal, triple O-ring seat bore seals, and three O-ring stem seals for leak-tight performance
• XCL-R Sleeve Bearings – Three extended cycle life bearings for reduced friction and rigid stem support
• Polished Disc Design – Spherically machined, streamlined disc for minimal seat wear and maximum flow
• Metal-Backed Cartridge Seat – Aluminum LM6 rated 290 PSIG (≤24") / 230 PSIG (≥26") with food-grade EPDM and Buna-N as standard
